At Caravela Books, we are committed to delivering your books quickly, securely, and at no additional cost. Every order includes free standard shipping—with no minimum purchase required.
We do not charge any sales tax, regardless of your shipping location within the United States.
1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- Carrier: Orders are shipped via USPS or a comparable standard delivery service.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 2–6 business days after the order is processed.
- Shipping Cost: All domestic orders ship free of charge.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather conditions, or holiday schedules.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment status using the tracking link provided.
4. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all locations within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses.
International shipping is not available at this time.
5. Delivery Issues
If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Please contact us within 7 business days so we can assist you.
- While we are not liable for carrier-related issues, we will do our best to help resolve the situation.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
We are not responsible for deliveries sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment if the original address was incorrect.
