1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with no signs of use, damage, or markings.
- Returns must include all original packaging and any supplemental materials.
2. Non-Returnable Item
- Digital products (eTextbooks or PDF downloads) are non-returnable unless:
- You received the wrong file or edition, or
- The file is corrupted or inaccessible.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded. - Shipping the Item
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- You will be notified once your refund is approved and processed.
- If the returned item is not in acceptable condition, we may decline the refund and return the item back to you.
5. Exchanges
Need a different title or edition? You may request an exchange within the 30-day window, subject to availability.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery. We’ll promptly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
7. No Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
